From the beginning, we understood that a company is only as good as it's employees. This, above all else, has contributed to making our company what it is today. With a strong, team based environment, we have built an intra- company network that houses all the attributes that are essential to success: trust, dedicated work effort, honesty, integrity, excellent communication flow, commitment, and perseverance. WHERE WE ARE TODAY With a strong foundation, the PP&S team has been able to attain it's goal of providing a service far superior than the industry standard. In fact, over the last 16+ years, we have become one of the largest privately owned asphalt milling companies in the Southeast. With a talented management team that has over 100 years of combined experience within the road building industry, it is no surprise that our repeat clientele includes almost every major road builder in the South.
